Restoration and Renovation, 2000

The Hamilton Hotel was originally constructed in two phases, in 1923 and 1927-1928. The building consists of two towers and contains a total of 165 apartments, along with common and retail areas. Ford, Powell & Carson renovated and restored the building for use as age-restricted, low-income housing. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
