This project involved the master planning and site-specific design of 11 project areas and common spaces in a 250 acre marine life theme park. Work included space definition of each showplace, emphasis of key park entry points and unification of circulation linkages between show sites. Landscaped areas designed by the firm include Shamu Stadium, Deal'n Otter Stadium, Main Pedestrian Entry, Reef' n Learning Area, Cap'n Kids Play Area, Retail Areas A and C, Garden of Flags, Multi-Species Stadium, Penguin Exhibit, Ski Lake, and the Meadow Amphitheatre.

Planting design was heavily influenced by the character of the site, a lower hill country landscape consisting of rock outcroppings, creek beds and live oak trees. Hardy native plant species with low maintenance requirements were used. Ornamental trees and shrubs were woven throughout the mix of native species.
