This 205,000 square foot facility houses offices, 28 general purpose classrooms, a large auditorium, lecture halls, an instructional theatre and studio, and 200 student computing stations. A multi-purpose room on the second floor is used for meetings and various special events.

Texas cream limestone, Indiana limestone, and galvanized steel sunscreens are the primary exterior materials. The building's design represents a further development of the standards established by the firm for the campus.
