Historic Preservation

Not many architecture firms can commit to having an entire department of experts dedicated to one area of design. At FPC, we wouldn’t have it any other way. For the past fifty years, we have worked to preserve Texas’ rich history through the restoration of the state’s most treasured cultural landmarks.

Dedicated Department

Our passion for what we do is the driving force behind the success of recent projects such as the Plaza de Armas restoration and the restoration and preservation of the World Heritage Inscribed Spanish Colonial Missions. FPC’s preservation department houses talented architects, preservationists, project managers, and historians who bring value to any existing building project.

Collaboration

In addition to our reputation for preservation, we are well known for our excellent ability to manage and deliver projects. We pride ourselves on working hard on complicated projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering beautiful spaces that are both on-time and on-budget. In the past decade, 95% of our preservation projects are from repeat clients. Additionally, our long-running relationships with our subconsultants bring understanding and valuable efficiency to our proposed team.
